At Mobile On Demand RV Techs, we strive to provide high-quality mobile RV repair and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

1. Service Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows or failure to provide access to the RV at the scheduled time may result in a non-refundable charge.

2. Unsatisfactory Service Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

We will review the issue and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, or schedule a corrective service.

3. Parts & Product Refunds

Any parts or products purchased through Mobile On Demand RV Techs are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies.

We do not accept returns or refunds for installed parts unless they are defective.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
